What is SUP Yoga?
SUP Yoga or Paddle Board Yoga is a fusion between the ancient practices of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and Paddle Boarding on your local lakes and rivers.
This union provides an opportunity to develop deep core strength and develop your balance on a whole new level of ability.
In this training, you will be learn how to safely instruct students threw a SUP Board Class, utilize equipment both free style and with anchors.
The course also includes CPR training, life saving and water skills.
